Michelin kitchen, roundabout van
Hatched in 2020
Cluck started as a bright yellow food truck near the Walkinstown roundabout. Chef Ian Ussher brought what he learned in Michelin-starred kitchens to fried chicken, and Dublin queued for it.
Brined, never frozen
Every piece is marinated in a buttermilk brine and freshly prepared each day. Wings, tenders, burgers, wraps: if it has chicken, we’re on it.
Two shops now
The Square in Tallaght opened in September 2023 with more seats and lunch. Walkinstown Mall is home, a few steps from where the van stood.
What the critics said
Huge burgers that slap you in the face with flavour, while the loaded fries are a total indulgence.
